Payment & Terms
Once the quote is accepted, we process payment via your trade account or credit card to release the order for production or special procurement.
Production & Quality Check
Items are manufactured or sourced to your exact specs. We perform a final quality check at our Fortitude Valley warehouse before dispatch.
Pickup or Dispatch
Pick up your order from our Wickham Street store or receive it via courier. Typical turnarounds for stock modifications are 3–5 business days.

What is the minimum quantity for custom orders?
Minimums vary by product. For standard fasteners in non-stock sizes, we typically require box quantities. For custom bracket fabrication, we can often fulfill single-unit orders for specialized repair needs.
What file types do you accept for specifications?
We accept PDF, JPG, and PNG for basic sketches. For precision fabrication, please provide CAD files (DWG or DXF). Clear photos of existing parts with a scale reference are also highly useful.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Changes can be made until production begins. Once metal has been cut or special stock has been ordered from our suppliers, cancellations or modifications may incur a restocking or material fee.
Are trade discounts applicable to custom orders?
Yes. If you have an active trade account with Freshchoicezone, your standard discount tiers apply to the material costs of custom orders. Fabrication labor is quoted at a flat trade rate.
